  • Cancellations / Amendments All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

    For stays of 14 nights or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee.
    For stays of 15 to 28 nights, 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee.
    For stays of 29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required. Cancellation made less than 14 nights prior to arrival will be charged 14 nights cancellation fee.
    For stays of 90+ nights, 30 days' notice of cancellation will be required. Cancellation made less than 14 nights prior to arrival will be charged 30 nights early departure fee.

    Early Departure Charges:
    Stays of 1-14 nights will be charged 3 nights early departure fee.
    Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights early departure fee.
    Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights early departure fee.
    Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee.


    No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

    Our stay was very comfortable indeed, spacious flats, superb access to shops and restaurants downstairs, big waitrose next door. It all made our trip to London very memorable and we look forward to the next.

    Good afternoon In a nutshell i can say the apartment is fantastic and gave me an environment of getting deep sleep as well as allowed me to be smiling all the day. I felt that it could have been more enjoying if the management could adopt the service of supplying food to the room from their own kitchen which could mentioned as room service of its own, however the reception gave me menus of nearby restaurants who supplied delicious food to my room. kind regards Faisal
