Description


Europa House Apartments is a collection of well-appointed one, two, three and four bedroom serviced apartments in the Little Venice neighbourhood around Maida Vale.

The building is a beautiful Regency terraced town house with spacious apartments that all feature bright living areas, large windows, full dining and cooking facilities, restful bedrooms with marble bathrooms, a washer dryer for laundry, SMART TVs, fast wireless internet and everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in London. Some apartments including the penthouses have a balcony or terrace.

The three bedroom penthouse and four bedroom penthouse on the top floor have stunning paved outdoor terraces with great views.

These apartments also benefit from access to 3 acres of private landscaped communal gardens, making it an excellent choice for families.

There is a dedicated concierge (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) and an underground car park (for an extra charge). Housekeeping is twice a week and all bills are included.

From this base, you are close to the city centre and have excellent transport links available to travel around the city for work or sightseeing. You can even explore the charming canals that lead on to Camden Lock in the local area or catch a cricket match at the Lord's Cricket Ground a short walk away.

Policies of Europa House Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Advance Purchase Non Refundable Rate - Cancellation, changes or refunds are not possible once booked.

    For bookings up to 28 nights: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur full charges.

    For bookings 29 nights or more: Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will incur full charges.

    For bookings of 90+ nights or more: a tenancy agreement can be created.
    There would be a cancellation policy of 60 days prior to arrival and once in-house.

    Cancellation requests received less than the free cancellation notice period above will result in a charge equal to the full booking value.

    Amendments to dates must be made in-line with the cancellation policy.
