Policies of Fraser Suites Kensington

  • Cancellations / Amendments If a confirmed booking is cancelled at least 28 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, a cancellation charge of 3 weeks rent applies.

    No Shows will be subject to the above mentioned cancellation period.

    Please note that the notice periods for both lease extension and early departure will be clearly stated in the tenancy agreement.

    An extra charge applies for early check-in and late check-out. In the event of early arrival, to guarantee immediate access to the apartment upon arrival, please pre-register the reservation from the night prior to arrival.

  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 90 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
