Canary Gateway Apartments are modern serviced apartments in Poplar, near Canary Wharf and Limehouse with easy access to waterside entertainment, shopping centres, transport links and the business districts of East London.

Policies of Canary Gateway Apartments by MySquare

  • Cancellations / Amendments A full refund will be given where suitable written notice of the cancellation has been received. The notice period required for cancellation is:

    For bookings of up to 6 nights duration - 5 days notice prior to arrival date is required. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge equivalent to the booking charge.
    For bookings between 7 and 21 nights duration - 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
    For bookings between 22 and 179 nights duration - 21 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
    For bookings of 180 nights duration and over - 60 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.


  • Check-in From 15:00
    Check in can take place between 9:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday. For an early check-in to be guaranteed the apartment must be booked from the night before. For check-in on Public holidays, early morning or late nights - contact us for details.

  • Check-out Before 10:00
    If the apartment is not vacated by 10:00 additional charges will apply. Late check-outs is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. On the day of departure please leave your keys as per the check-out instructions, if the keys are not returned at the check-out time or misplaced, additional charges will apply including the cost of replacement of locks.

  • Children Baby cots are available on request for an additional charge
  • Extra Beds Extra beds are available on request for an additional charge
  • Key Collection Meet and Greet service on arrival. Please advise your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking.
  • Payment For bookings less than 30 nights, full payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking. For bookings of 31 nights and more, a payment of one month's rent will be charged to your card at the time of booking. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.
  • Pets No pets allowed
  • Security Deposit For all bookings of less than 180 nights in duration, full payment and an extra, refundable damage deposit of £150 is required to confirm the booking.

    For bookings of 180 nights and more, a deposit equivalent to 4 weeks of the booking charges is required at the time of booking. For each month for the duration of the booking, an invoice will be raised not less than one week before the start of each month.

    Your deposit will be refunded following your stay after deduction for any lost or damaged articles or property, or for any material deficiency whatsoever. Please allow 2 weeks following departure for the refund.

  • Smoking There is a no smoking policy applicable in all apartments as well all public areas of the building.
