Atria Apartments are serviced apartments in Slough set within a residential property just off Bath Road, offering easy access to the amenities of the local neighbourhood and within reach of Central London.

The apartments come in one and two bedroom layouts with bright living areas with sofas, flatscreen TVs and dining tables, open plan kitchens with full self-catering facilities including a cooking appliances and dishwasher, a washing machine and comfortable double bedrooms. Policies of Atria Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

  • Check-in From 16.00. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Check-out Before 10.00. Late Check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

  • Key Collection This is a self-service check-in property. Instructions and codes will be provided prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
  • Payment Full payment is due at the time of booking confirmation. After you make a booking, full payment will be charged to your card. In case of bank transfer payments, an invoice will be sent which will be due for payment immediately. For bookings over 30 nights, please contact us for more details. After your booking is confirmed you must provide a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:
    For Studio and One Bedroom Apartments - £150.00
    For Two and Three Bedroom Apartments - £250.00
    This will be refunded in full after departure.
