  • Cancellations / Amendments Flexible Rate: For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival a full refund will be provided. This does not apply to non refundable rates.
    For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival a cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation apply.

    Amendments: 14 nights notice is required to shorten a stay. Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the length of stay is reduced.
