  • Cancellations / Amendments For cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival a full refund will be offered. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay will apply.

    Once in house if you wish to shorten your booking to depart early, 7 days prior notice is required in order to obtain a partial refund of the outstanding nights beyond 7 days less a 15% cancellation fee. If you provide less than 7 days notice prior to your departure date no refund can be offered.

    After check in, any room changes or upgrades are subject to a £36 admin & cleaning fee.

    We were very pleased with everything: it made our stay in London a treat. Everything was beyond our expectations.Gavin took the work out of finding the perfect accommodation to fit our needs.     Third time staying at this apartment and we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. Good service from the reception and the only minus would be 1 day missed cleaning and the weird downward sloping of the floor and bed in Room 320. If not for these, I would have rated this place a 9.Olivia provided excellent service from booking to amendments during our stay. She always responded to my queries within 24hrs and helped me get good rates.

    I enjoyed my stay for the second time in these apartments but was disappointed in the layout of the apartment I had this time. It was small, not that that matters there was only one of me! But the fact that last time in the apartment downstairs I had a small table which made the arrangement far more comfortable than having to sit at a bench on a stool facing a blank wall. At my age I prefer a table than a stool. I realise that there is nothing that can be done about this, but I prefer the apartment downstairs.Your customer service is always excellent.

    Convenient And Close To The Station. decent size apartment with basic kitchen applicances like fridge and micro.it was a very convenient location near the bayswater train station. lots of shops nearby and nice chinese restaurants too. you can walk to kensington palace if you want.
