    No cancellation fees apply provided cancellation is received at least 14 days before the arrival date. Once within 14 days of the arrival date, booking is fully non-refundable and non transferable. In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the arrival a full refund will be provided.

    Special Offer Non-refundable rates:
    No cancellations or changes are possible once confirmed. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures.
