Policies of The Apartments By The Sloane Club

  • Cancellations / Amendments Non-refundable Rates: Once reserved The apartment is non- refundable, non-cancellable and non-amendable. No refund entitlement of the Accommodation Fee.

    Flexible Rates: Once reserved cancellations can be received up to 7 days prior to the day of arrival and the Accommodation Fee will be refunded in full. Cancellations or amendments received after this point- No refund of the Accommodation Fee.

    Best Available Rate: Cancellations and amendments received:
    6 weeks before the date of arrival: Guests will receive a full refund excluding £50 administration fee.
    6 weeks- 14 days before the date of arrival: 30% Accommodation Fee retained as cancellation fee.
    Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund entitlement of the Accommodation Fee.

    For early arrivals, luggage can be stored until the apartment is ready.
  • Check-out Before 11:00

    Late check-out subject to availability and an additional charge.
  • Children Baby cots available on request.

  • Other In order to limit social contact, servicing of the apartments will be on request and will be carried out one hour after you have departed from your apartment. Housekeeping service is available between 9am and 2:30pm. Please note that guests must not be present whilst the apartment is being serviced.
  • Payment Payment of the full accommodation cost will be required 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
  • Pets Small pets allowed on a request basis only.
  • Security Deposit £100 Deposit per night for bookings under 5 nights
    £500 Deposit for bookings under 30 nights
    £1000 Deposit for bookings over 30 nights

    Deposits will be taken upon arrival and refunded after departure, minus any incidental and/or agreed dilapidation charges. The Guest will be notified of such charges in advance of their departure in writing.
