Policies of No.1 The Mansions

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. If cancellations are made within 14 days prior to arrival no refund will be made. Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation after 24 hours. No refunds will be made for early terminations.
  • Check-in From 16:00
  • Check-out Before 10:00
  • Children High chairs and baby cots available fee of charge
  • Extra Beds Extra foldaway bed available on request for an extra charge (in three bedroom apartments only)
  • Key Collection Reception 08.00 a.m. - 08.00 p.m. daily. There is someone on site 24/7 for any arrivals outside these times.
  • Payment Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. For stays over 60 nights flexible payment terms can be arranged. After your booking is confirmed you must provide a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit of £200 will be taken on arrival to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment and refunded after departure.
