Policies of Templeton Place Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is as follows inorder to receive a full refund:

    Stays of 1 – 29 nights - a cancellation may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival.

    Stays of 30 – 89 nights - 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.

    Stays of 90+ nights - 21 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.


    If you fail to arrive or fail to notify us of any changes to your arrival date we will treat this as a “no show” and the full amount charged will be non refundable.

    If you cancel or amend your booking within the above notice periods, you will be charged for any days that fall outside of the 7, 14 or 21 days.

    Any change in the arrival or departure date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking and the terms above will apply.

    We had a water issue during our stay, but fault of local council. The after hours phone number was answered promptly, advised of action taken & on return to apartment, notice advising of resolution.Competitive rates. Good response times. Utilised airport transfer service link on the website - excellent.

    The drier program in washing machine did not work that well, so the clothes hardly dry, so we had to use hanger but hanger also spoiled from the apartment, it is not convenience then.
