  • Cancellations / Amendments Flexible Rate: For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to arrival a full refund will be provided. This does not apply to non refundable rates.
    For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation charge equal to the full booking value will apply.

    Non Refundable Rate: All reservations are non-refundable/non-amendable & non-cancellable. No refunds are issued for shortening/amending or cancelling of any confirmed booking.

    Amendments: 7 nights notice is required to shorten a stay. Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the length of stay is reduced.
