Policies of The Rosebery Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is as follows inorder to receive a full refund:

    Stays of 1 – 29 nights - a cancellation may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival.

    Stays of 30 – 89 nights - 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.

    Stays of 90+ nights - 21 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.


    If you fail to arrive or fail to notify us of any changes to your arrival date we will treat this as a “no show” and the full amount charged will be non refundable.

    If you cancel or amend your booking within the above notice periods, you will be charged for any days that fall outside of the 7, 14 or 21 days.

    Any change in the arrival or departure date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking and the terms above will apply.

    Too much light in the room during the morning, so difficult to sleep. Too soft pillows. The apartment is well insonorized from the others, but too much noise coming from the street, entering through the front windows. It seemed the windows are open all the time, in spite of beeing on a 3rd floor.
