  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays of 28 nights or shorter - notice of cancellation must be given 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of 7 nights accommodation or total cost whichever is lower.

    For stays more than 28 nights - notice of cancellation must be given 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of 14 nights accommodation.

    For booking amendments and guests in house, the above notice periods are required in order to amend a booking without charge. Extensions are subject to availability.

    Foley Street Apartments

    Checkin was rushed and communication around cleaning dates/times wasn't given in advance. Flat was very loud on the weekends being close to so many bars/restaurants. Fire alarm was set off by another short-term guest, but I was left to coordinate for 3 hours late one evening with the system engineer as the off hours service line for LDG was no help Overall it was overpriced for the value.
