Whitfield Street Residences are stylish new apartments in Fitzrovia next to Goodge Street Station, within walking distance from the West End and Oxford Street areas.

The apartments have been designed by Irish design studio H+G and range from 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a 2 bedroom penthouse residence. The apartments are fully furnished with space to relax and unwind, dine-in and sleep comfortably.

The living rooms are equipped with a sofa, TV and dining table. The open plan kitchen comes with plenty of essential appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher and washer dryer. The bathrooms are sleek and tiled with modern units and the bedroom is bright with double beds and wardrobe storage space.

Wireless internet and weekly cleaning comes as standard and all utility bills are included in the rate.

Fitzrovia is a very central neighbourhood with plenty of great restaurants, design shops and local amenities. You can walk to the British Museum, Soho, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and Regents Park from here.

Policies of Whitfield Street Residences

  • Cancellations / Amendments To avoid a cancellation charge, notice of cancellation must be received as per below: For stays up to 28 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival. 29-89 nights stay: Notice of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival. 90+ nights stay: Notice of cancellation must be received 28 days prior to arrival.

    Where insufficient notice is given, the cancellation charge will be the nightly charge for the apartment multiplied by the number of additional days’ notice that should have been given. For example: If notice of cancellation was given only 3 days prior to arrival for a 10 night stay, then the cancellation charge applied would equal to 4 night's accommodation cost (7-3=4). Or If notice of cancellation was given only 3 days prior to arrival for a 40 night stay, then the cancellation charge applied would equal to 11 night's accommodation cost (14-3=11)

    Non Refundable Rate: All reservations are non-refundable/non-amendable & non-cancellable. No refunds are issued for shortening/amending or cancelling of any confirmed booking.

  • Key Collection Self check in details will be provided prior to arrival. Please let us know your time of arrival.

  • Payment Full payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.

    For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.

  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:
    For One Bedroom Apartments - £300.00 For Two Bedroom Apartments - £400.00 This will be refunded in full after departure once the apartment is inspected.

  • Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any apartment or apartment building. There will be a fine for non compliance.

    WiFi : 9/10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes

    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : The Q Apartments on Whitfield Street is a new serviced apartment with quality. Location is good with convenience in Fitzrovia. Furnitures and hardwares are new in condition. Bathroom is spacious. Good security and helpful cleaners. Detailed thoughts for long stay. This is not an apartment with great views but my room is at the best corner so I’m really satisfied.

    How was your booking experience with us? : It’s my first time trying to book via Check-in-London. Both Gavin and Matthew made my stay relaxed and hassles free. Would recommend Check-in-London to my friends as they are trustworthy.
