  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. Any booking cancelled more than 14 nights prior to arrival will not be subject to any charges. Any booking cancelled less than 14 nights prior to arrival will be subject a 14 night cancellation fee from the date of cancellation.
    In-house guests are required to give minimum 14 nights notice of any shortening of a booking, otherwise 14 night charges will apply from the date of notification of shortening a booking.

  • Security Deposit A £500 refundable security deposit is payable on arrival. Thie deposit is refunded after check out once the apartment is inspected. Failure to return the apartment keys on departure will result in a charge.
