Fulham Road Apartments offers modern and clean serviced apartments in Fulham near Putney Bridge with easy access to Hammersmith.

Policies of Fulham Road Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
