    Loved it! Great location! My only problem was that it had no AC and it was hot to sleep in. Although, the apartment had potable fans and aircoolers but it wasn't enough. I booked with Check in London for the 3rd in my last 3 visits in London. They are very helpful. I would recommend them.

    Beautifully presented studio apartment. The only addition it needs is sheer curtains instead of roller blind only as window overlooked by other apartments which meant that you had to have the roller blind down all the time which meant the apartment was dark and also hard to ventilate and keep windows open with roller blind.Would definitely use again,

    The apartment was lovely and I was pleasantly surprised by being upgraded to a one bedroom from a studio. The gentleman who greeted me was very helpful in explaining things and helped with my super luggage. It came fully equipped with everything I would need to cook. I would definitely stay here again. The proximity to the tube was very good.Your service was thorough and I had all the information well in advance.

    The stay was great. However, I had some difficulties with the administrators of the apartment. Initially overcharged. Time taken to obtain a refund for the overcharge and then the refund of the deposit. Only communication possible was with robots. Otherwise all good!

    Conveniently located near the bus stand and tube station which can be easily used with Oyster card . Sainsbury supermarket is also close by which really provides further comfort . I don't like the front desk but I understand you are not associated with them

    The location is superb, but the facility and overall aspect of the apt are not very good, they are only "ok". Depending on the guest, or time involved, I would recommend. But for longer periods or more demanding guest, I would not recommend.

    We were pleased with the apartment but a couple of little things certainly made it a little frustrating. e.g.there was no plug for the kitchen sink, the fan in the ensuite would not always switch off meaning it ran all night. Also we only had 1 security pass for all four of us. (we did have 2 apartment keys however)

    We have had a few appliances not working properly. From the dishwasher not actually releasing its tablet to the washer-dryer which doesn't actually dry anything or the oven that doesn't heat up. In these instances, it has been complicated to get 24/7 support within the building, which is a major negative point when renting an apartment.

    All in all we were happy with the flat, although we have had better. And the reasons for this were: - on arrival, the keys were presented to us by the cleaning staff who could not speak any English - so any questions we had, we could not ask (once in the flat we did not need to ask them ) But it was very impersonal. - The flat itself was nice, kitchen great, location great, a little noisy due to train, but we got used to that, but the bathroom was a shambles for the price - a ) it needed a good clean, between the tiles it was brown, and there was hardly any running water from the shower. I think if these two aspects were changed, then altogether it would have had a very high score. But the bathroom is a very important place when renting a flat and should be up to standard Kind regards U. Cheesman

    Awful Experience. Big Disappointment!. The apartment looked nothing like the photos on your site. The furniture was dated and cheap. The walls needed to be painted. There was no attention paid to cleaning the apartment, much less making the apartment feel modern and comfortable. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience but what I got was far less than anything I've ever experienced in my travels. In addition to the weak decor, there were two of in the apartment, however, the hot water would run out after only one of us had showered in the morning. We refused to let this dampen our holiday spirit and went on to have an amazing time in London but I would never ever consider Point West again. Point West needs renovating!

    First Class Stay In London. The apartment is in a central position handy to underground, museums, Harrods etc. Everything in apartment. Only negative was milk pods were sour (I think the last guest had slightly opened all and left)and towels could have been updated. Very comfortable beds, excellent heating etc. I will be staying there again and recommending the service to others.

    Point West. The apartment was decent. The access to the apartmrnt was bad. Had to take elevator to the 3rd floor and had to walk all the way to the back and take the elevatoe to the 2nd floor.

    Could Hv Being Better. we did not get the two bedrm as booked but got a single room with. Had to prove our booking for two bed apartment. Nevertheless is was sorted out the next day with us moving to a two beded apartment with some compliments of snacks+drinks + apologies. Was also given three addtional rollovers for the 1st night. Unfortunately we were travelling with children and the first night hassle was really unnecessary and cause a lot of inconvenience. The single rm apart was also dirty and not well kept.

    Byo Toilet Paper. This apartment is in a great location. Really less than 5 minutes from the tube (even though the District and Circles lines were down when we visited), but it is a straight shot from Heathrow on the Picadilly line. Great food nearby and a quick walk to the History Museum or V & A. Since the staff at the apartment don't work for the people you rent from it can be quite frustrating. We arrived early (as per our email) hoping to check in early. It wasn't possible and we returned at 1:50 (for 2:00 check in). We still had to wait until 2:15 to get the keys. The room was mostly clean, but there was hair on the floor and a plastic bag on the counter. We couldn't call the rental company since you had to sign up for a pay-as-you-go to call them. In the kitchen there was no coffee pot, only an electric kettle so we had to settle for instant all week. Also, we were given 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for an entire week. This is not my definition of a serviced apartment. When we did call to complain they were quick to offer solutions. I appreciated the hard work of Angela to help us, but the timeline was off. I really wanted to like this apartment, but it was just disappointing. Great location, but bring your own toilet paper.

    1 Bedroom Apt. We weren't told that the apartment was a walk-down. It makes taking the luggages in and out difficult. Also, for elderly people, it makes the access difficult.

    Point West Apartments South Kensington. Hello CIL, Having just returned from a fabulous long weekend in the greater London area I rate the Point West Apartments 5 star. Great location with respect to all conveniences. More than adequate living space with modern amenities. The only complaint was the bed needs to be replaced in the unit we had A.S.A.P. It ranks as the worst mattress we have ever slept on. More like a sagging cot. so beat up that one could not sit on the edge withour sliding off. Other than that, a good experience and I weould usse your service again with pleasure. Jerry Arnold

    Great Appartment. Great appartment again - all the rooms seem to vary and this one had a good sized living room with dining and lounging areas. THe kitchen was well stocked including a coffee machine which some dont. The TV reception wasnt so good but was attended to as soon as we reported it - worth checking on arrival if you plan to watch TV in the evening when there is no one around who can look into the reception till the next day. We will book again - many thanks. CJ

    Point West Apartment 346. The apartment 346 was quiet, spacious and tidy. Everything worked and was very enjoyable thank you. A couple of notes concerning the parking, it is height restricted to 1.9m. So its very tight for 4x4's, mpvs and any other high sided vehicles. You can only access the drop off and parking from ashburton road(?) or via Sainsburys. Plan your approach otherwise you will end up driving back and fourth a few times because of the central reservation and restricted left & right turns.

    Point West Appartments - London. It was in a greaat location. Dissappointed by lack of explaination at the desk when arrived, we should have known don't expect us to assist you attitude. The halls were dirty and rubbish outside some rooms. Room situation was depressing looking into a quadrangle of brick walls and windows. On arrival at our room we were met with a toilet unflushed after somebody's usage and bathroom floor not cleaned properly. After a phone call someone came to clean it if you call flushing cleaning. Appartment adequate. Not again. Still waiting for deposite to be reimbursed, within 14 days, it is now a month.

    Excellent Stay, Except.......... The apartment was great! We thought the kitchen was superb, the bathroom was fine and the bedroom was excellent. The lounge was also superior. What wasn't good,however, was the fact that the apartment was down a flight of very steep and very spiral stairs, and that we were not told that when we booked. If there were apartments that weren't on two floors, then surely we booked early enough (about six months) that we should have been given one of them. My wife and I are both over seventy and I have both a pacemaker and two replacement knees. We would not have booked with you had we known that we would have to traverse those stairs. That would be a shame, because the location was good, the flat was good, the nearby pubs were good, and in every other way we were very pleased. When we come back, I hope we will be given a flat on one floor. I will not book again for this type apartment.

    Looks Better On The Commercial Video. In general - not bad. But we would not come back. Good: interior, design, large space, friendly and helpful consierges. Bad: one face towel and three teaspoon for 4 persons, oven out of service, broken handle for sink plug, no coffee machine, noise from the metro trains. Worst: extremely unexpected and inconvenient visit of the landlord, inspecting the apartment and showing it to other agents (though Crown Lawn Aprtments brought us their apologies).

    Great Appartment . Very much enjoy the appartments at Point West - overall fulfils our needs when we are working for a few days in london. With the kitchen we can cater for ourselves make better food and better choices for ourselves. In the appartment we had this time in Early Oct UK it was cool outside but easy to heat inside, we had plenty of hot water and good pressure to shower and fill the tub. The kitchen was well equiped including a corkscrew knives but could do with an oven dish, the control buttons on the hob were very worn so impossible to read settings for high, medium or low, the oven worked well so did microwave & fridge/freezer. Living room was comfortable but the table needed to be bigger to give us a desk to work at it was only just big enough for a couple to sit round and eat so adaquate. Comfy bed and plenty of wardrobe space in hall and bedroom. Even a hall cupboard to store suitecases in. We parked and car is very safe. Easy shops - sainsbury's underneath, Waitrose at Gloucester Rd tube, and a 20min walk gets you to High Street Kensington with a full parade of shops including WholeFoods - brilliant.     Great Location, Comfortable Apartment. Pros: * Cozy and comfortable * Includes a balcony * Comfortable for up to 4 people * Great location. 5 minute walk to Glocester Road station underground and bus stops Cons: * The add-on beds are very uncomfortable, you'd rather sleep on the couch (if you're under 5ft 3in). * You can hear the train pass by below all through the day in intervals of every 15 mins. It can be annoying if you keep the windows open.

    Good Stay. Enjoyed our stay. Happy with the apartment generally, location, to underground, shops etc. Other comment. Difficulty operating appliances, no instructions for oven or washing machine in the folder. With assistance from maintenance staff managed to operate the oven, no success with washer, needed to go to laundry mat to wash our clothes.

    Clean And Cozy. We had great time for one week stay in point west very easy walking distance to Hyde park and shopping area, location was in the very center of London with fast access to other area via underground and bus . Also a huge super market is just Beside the building for everything buy. Room may get some train passing sound during the night if they are facing the railway other wise everything will be full of tranquility during your stay n point west.

    Not Recommendable. Bad lift access to the apartment. Need 2 lifts in order to reach the apartment. Long walking distance. Apartment is not clean. Things and deco are old. The kitchen is not clean. Oven is old and dirty. Expensive. Not worth.

    Outstanding Accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an excellent location with all the facilities that we needed along with space and privacy. Only slight negative was that the apartment was very hot despite chilly weather and the portable chillers provided required hanging the outlet out of the window.

    Point West 116 Cromwell Road. Alex and Nick of CROWN were very helpful. Any request for help was immediately attended to. The Reception most cordial and equally helpful. We requested for hangers and received a fresh lot. However I do feel the frequency of housekeeping should be reduced from seven to four days and toiletries, particularly toilet paper and soap hould be made available at Reception in case of need. Because of the height of the bath tub a bath mat should be provided to avoid slipping. A mini cab to Heathrow cost us only Pounds thirty two much less than pounds fifty quoted at the reception.. Guests can book a cab directly from the internet. For stays of a week and longer guests - particularly SENIORS - may be allowed the use of the Club. Hope this is helpful. Regards

    Convenient Location But Could Be Impoved Internally. Bed is rock hard. An update to a modern mattress that doesn't feel like a cement block would be appreciated. Mobile airconditioning unit was useless, too noisy to run during the night and vents hot air out the back therefore counteracting any cooling effect coming out the front. Provision of a basic fan would be more effective if you aren't going to actually upgrade to a proper aircon unit.

    Well Equipped. Stayed at this studio during my business trip to London city, the apartment was very well equipped for cooking and getting laundry done, a very cost and comfy solution for my 2 week stay in your city. Tips - Waitrose supermarket has a lovely fresh counter, I got the train straight to the airport - station is nearby 2 minute walk. - I will be back.

    Comments. good location shop-wise etc, not noise-wise with the district/circle line going under our balcony. Apartment clean but not kid friendly with all the glass furniture with sharp edges. Needs some basic stuff like paper towels etc. Also need instructions for what seems to be the most awkward microwave and oven known to man. All in all though not disappointed and I would use your service again, if not for this apartment.

    Trip To London. The apartment was perfect for our stay. We had three people and having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made the stay enjoyable. The location was super - right down the street from the Tube and it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. The staff at the front desk was very helpful (we had different arrival schedules and they let me know when the others had arrived). They also accommodated us with getting an extra key so we could come and go separately. I did not give a 5 star rating because it has been 2 weeks and I have not seen or heard about getting my deposit refunded. That is my only complaint about our stay.

    Better Than Expected. The front desk of this large apartment building were very co-operative in allowing us early check-in. They were also helpful in all of our inquires. The apartment was ready to occupy and was very clean and well maintained. The location is wonderful: a couple blocks from the underground, a supermarket on the premises, less than a walking mile from the three most interesting museums in London and offered excellent security. The only downers were that the apartment entry is on the third floor and a long circular staircase must be traversed to the apartment, which is on a much lower level and insufficient bath towels were provided. The front desk did accomidate us with additional towels, on our request, and a young man to retrieve our suitcases when we check-out. We would definitely stay here again, with the hope that we would obtain an apartment that is level to its entry.

    Point West Rating. Apartment was spacious for 2 persons. Clean, tidy and conveniently located. The only two gripes are that we had to walk a long way through the corridors and change lifts in order to get to our apartment. The other thing is that we could not obtain a later check-out time due to the fact that another tenant was arriving shortly after we left. All in all the experience with Point West was very good. The bathroom amenities and facilities are to satisfaction and the room had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and dryer came in handy.

    Bad Experience. We checked in around 3.30pm on the 17/4/2012 and immediately we went out for lunch. We came back around 11pm after watching a broadway show. To our horror we did not have hot water in the apartment. One of the receptionists came over to help us to turn on the water heater which was located in the kitchen. I have no clue at all! The water took so long to get warm around 3am, in the we went to bed without bathing. In the morning there was a supervisor came to reset the water heater, fixed up the TV and a heater in the living room. All these appliance were working when we checked in. It was a bad experience.

    Not A Great Experience, Though Property Nice. Point West is a nice property and in a great location, so from that perspective, I was very happy. However, the first flat I was in the boiler went out so they moved me to another one (which is fine, these things happen). But at the new one the oven and DVD player didn't work and the window in the living room wouldn't open (so it got very hot). I called the apartment management office twice about having these things fixed. They were never fixed and they never even called me back to say what the issue was. Not a great experience!

    Disappointing!!. I was actually quite disappointed. Although we enjoyed our stay, the apartment looked like it could do with an upgrade. Also the washer/dryer did not work very well. Twice there was no hot water for a shower, which was very frustrating!! Admittedly it was quite late at night and quite early in the morning, but we were not informed of any hot water cut-offs?

    Fantastic Apartment And Good Price. The apartment we got was really spacious and well-equipped. We also had a nice balcony though the view wasnt anything amazing, just some car park. The building was a little confusing but we soon figured our way around. Theres a concierge desk who checked us in. The local area was fantastic with a supermarket,restaurants and a tube station very close by. South kensington is not far at all, so we walked to the natural history museum. Price seemed reasonable compared to other two bedroom apartments we found.

    Overall The Apartment Is Nice. My family and I have now been back in Denmark for weeks. We enjoyed our stay in London and we also enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a first time for us, normally we stay in hotels, but we all agree that from now on we prefer staying in apartments, so I am sure it will not be the last time you have us a guests. Overall the apartment is nice, but the carpet in the living area is very stained. Especially at the entrence to the kitchen and at the sitting area. I just wanted to mention it, as the apartment otherwise is nice.

    Great Location!. We stayed at the Apartment from 12 Aug till 17 Aug, in two bedroom place. Location was great. Easy walk everywhere. I dont think we cought tube anywhere, but we like walking and we had a small baby and pram. Easy to get to Heathrow as well, just direct line. Facilities were fine. supermarkets close by. very secure. The only thing i could suggest is to have basic kitchen things like dishwashing powder, sponge, dishwashing liquid/soap. otherthen that it was pretty great.
