Description

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the full cost of the stay. Notice of cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date a full refund will be provided.

  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required at the time of booking to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:
    For Studio and One Bedroom Apartments - £150.00
    For Two Bedroom Apartments - £250.00
    This will be refunded in full, once the apartment has been inspected and within a maximum of 3 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Review Title : Love the place!

    Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes
    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : We rented a two bedroom which happens to be a duplex.. for someone with bad knees like me, a one storey would actually be better.

    Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes
    How was your booking experience with us? : Very good experience, Gavin was very responsive and the duty manager was also very helpful, in particular helping to store my belongings prior to check in and after check out. The only thing about the unit I stayed, was the kitchen sink, I think it would be better to have a strainer at drain hole. That could protect your drainage.

    One Bedroom Apartment Review Title : Perfect place WiFi : 10/10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes

    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : We had a lovely stay in the 1 Bed apartment and so convenient with supermarkets only 5 minutes walk either way from the door. Very comfortable accommodation and very spacious. Nice addition was the balcony with table/chairs outside.

    Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us? : Very easy and with phone contact to clarify a few questions we had. The booking in was very easy and quick with a very pleasant young lady to show us in and explain a few details.

    Review Title : Not the best experience Would you recommend this property to others? : No Any comments about the apartment in particular? : First week was not a good experience. Bin lid broken, oven not working, very cold inside the apartment, water either hot or cold and more. It's very noisy with the tube passing every 2 minutes until midnight and early in the morning. Isolation of the windows not good not good. The apartment is very well situated and has a beautiful view. Bed is comfortable . Nice apartment but definitely not worth the price. Won't take this one again Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us? : Good Management response from Point West Apartments, Sorin. The heating was turned off due to unusually warm weather that was experienced the first week of January 2023. When requested the heating was turned on. Upon checking the bin lid was not broken, water pressure was just fine when adjusted the shower controls, the tubes passing is true however this is barely audible by any of the previous customers who were guests with us in this 9th floor apartment. Thank you for staying with us.

    Loved it! Great location! My only problem was that it had no AC and it was hot to sleep in. Although, the apartment had potable fans and aircoolers but it wasn't enough. I booked with Check in London for the 3rd in my last 3 visits in London. They are very helpful. I would recommend them.

    Beautifully presented studio apartment. The only addition it needs is sheer curtains instead of roller blind only as window overlooked by other apartments which meant that you had to have the roller blind down all the time which meant the apartment was dark and also hard to ventilate and keep windows open with roller blind.Would definitely use again,
