Policies of Kew Bridge Piazza Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. Any booking cancelled more than 14 nights prior to arrival will not be subject to any charges. Any booking cancelled less than 14 nights prior to arrival will be subject a 14 night cancellation fee from the date of cancellation.

    In-house guests are required to give minimum 14 nights notice of any shortening of a booking, otherwise 14 night charges will apply from the date of notification of shortening a booking.

  • Children Baby cots available (free if under maximum occupancy)
  • Key Collection Meet and Greet service on arrival. Please advise us of your arrival time in advance.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit A £500.00 holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Kew Bridge Piazza Apartments

    Though the bedrooms were small, the clever use of space made the apartment feel bigger than it was. It was quiet and he location is very convenient for all modes of transport. It's within reach of Richmond and Kingston yet not far from central London! Izabela received us warmly and showed us the workings of the flat. She was always just a phone call away. The cleaning staff did their work efficiently and effectively. The conceirge services were professional and not intrusive.
