Policies of Marina Place Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Written notice is required by 11:00 AM at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

    If you provide notice less than 2 weeks' notice after 11:00 AM, you will incur a cancellation fee. The fee is calculated based on the shortfall in notice. For example, if you give 10 days' notice instead of 14, you will be charged for the remaining 4 days (14 days - 10 days = 4 days).

    Amendments: This policy also applies to changes that shorten the duration of your booking.
  • Check-in From 15:00
  • Check-out Before 10:00
  • Children Baby cots (extra charge), High chairs (extra charge)
  • Key Collection Self check in details provided prior to arrival. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.

    All bookings will be provisionally held and only confirmed 14 days prior to check-in date.
  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
