Policies of 88 Tooley Street Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
  • Check-in From 16.00. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Check-out Before 10.00. Late Check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Children Baby cots (extra charge), High chairs (extra charge)

  • Payment Full payment is due at the time of booking confirmation. After you make a booking, full payment will be charged to your card.   • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:

    For Two and Three Bedroom Apartments - £250.00
    This will be refunded in full after departure.

    Review Title : Mixed feeling WiFi : 4 / 10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : This is borderline yes. The room is of a very high quality although the window is so high you can’t see out which is very odd.The maids did a great job and facilities other than Wi-Fi were good. Nice hot shower with good pressure. You had to unplug the air conditioner to use the microwave. Not a big deal but inconvenient and annoying when added to below. The aircon was nice to have but I found the way it was set up I was emptying buckets of water everyday. A guest should not be responsible to maintain equipment. Although it was set to 75 F it ran alll day and drained copiously. I told maintainence the thermostat seamed broke. He never followed up. I asked to store my luggage while they cleaned. This was to avoid a £30 storage charge for 2.5 hours. The weekend agent was not helpful. I was told to check by Sam as the place might be clean early. When I did I got terse response from the weekend person. I know for a fact the place was clean before 4pm. Didn’t even respond. Sam was very good and responsive but this guy was not. Wi-Fi barely worked for emails let alone more complex downloads. Only two dishwasher tablets provided for 17 days. Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us?
