Miles Place Townhouses are Marylebone serviced apartments located close by to the vibrant Edgware Road and the iconic West End shopping hotspot, Oxford Street.

These townhouse style serviced residences are set in a gated development of five mews houses and feature wooden flooring and high specification bespoke kitchens. A collection of two, three and four bedroom residences, they offer spacious living areas and reception rooms as well as luxurious bathrooms.

Policies of Miles Place Townhouses

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

  • Check-in From 16.00. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Check-out Before 10.00. Late Check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

  • Key Collection This is a self-service check-in property. Instructions and codes will be provided prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Pets No pets
  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
