  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival a full refund will be offered. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total stay. Amendments will be subject to the cancellation policy. Extensions will be subject to availability and advance payment.

  • Payment After your booking request is confirmed, you will be required to complete full payment for the accommodation plus a security deposit of £250. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged. We also require a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit of £250.00 is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking This apartment operates a strict no smoking policy.
