    For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival a full refund will be provided. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival a cancellation charge equal to upto 14 nights accommodation will apply.

    Amendments: 14 nights notice is required to shorten a stay. Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the length of stay is reduced.

  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
