Policies of Portobello Serviced Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Flexible Rate:
    For cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival a full refund will be offered. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay will apply. Once in house if you wish to shorten your booking to depart early, 7 days prior notice is required in order to obtain a partial refund of the outstanding nights beyond 7 days less a 15% cancellation fee. If you provide less than 7 days notice prior to your departure date no refund can be offered.

    Non-refundable rate:
    Cancellation, changes or refunds are not possible once booked.

    After check in, any room changes or upgrades are subject to a £36 admin & cleaning fee.

  • Key Collection Self check in details provided prior to arrival. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit No security deposit taken, however you will be responsible for any damages to the apartment during your stay.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
