    The apartment itself was lovely, but since we encountered outside temperatures in the mid-90s, the lack of air conditioning was a serious factor. Even with the windows wide open, the temperature inside the apartment never got below 85 degrees. In addition, we had difficulty with the washer/dryer and were unable to obtain assistance with it. The unit came with a set of instructions that clearly were not for this particular model, so we were guessing (mostly incorrectly) about how to operate it. We called the "help number" for assistance, but the person there knew absolutely nothing about this machinery, and he was either unable or unwilling to send someone to help us out. So we were basically on our own. We could not get it to dry our clothes--and since we were washing clothes the night before we were flying out, we ended up filling one whole suitcase with hot, wet clothes. Not fun. Except for our experience with the washer/dryer, your customer service was excellent. We were really disappointed that you were not able to help us when we really ran into a problem.
