Description


Claygate Apartments offer a clean and all-inclusive serviced residence located in the quiet country village of Claygate in Surrey, a 50 minute train journey outside of London.

The apartments are spacious and bright and have fully set up kitchen facilities and modern living areas that open out onto a beautiful patio and private garden. Wireless fibre broadband and desks provide a great space to work and a comfortable living area with sofa and flatscreen TV offers space to relax. Bedding is flexible to suit various requirements and bed linen and towels are provided.

Weekly housekeeping and all bills come included making this a ready-to-live in home from home.

The apartments are two minutes walk from Claygate train station which allows access to the surrounding Surrey and London areas.

The village itself boasts idyllic scenery, a variety of independant shops and many picturesque green spaces and parks within the vicinity.

Chessington World of Adventure, Hampton Court Palace and Esher Common are just some of the nearby attractions with Kew Palace and Gardens and Richmond Park easily accessible by car also.

  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

    For bookings made between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, any cancellations made will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.

    Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
