Abbots Yard Apartments are situated in the popular commuter town of Guildford, an area just south of the Surrey & Berkshire region of outer London which is known for its rolling hills and picturesque towns.

  • Cancellations / Amendments 2 weeks written notice is required prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Should less than two weeks be given then the penalty fee payable is the shortfall in the number of nights notice given, i.e 10 nights notice given then the penalty fee incurred will be 4 nights.

    Please note that this cancellation policy also applies to amendments which shorten the booking.

    Would you recommend this accommodation to others: No Any comments about your stay: Awful experience. Arrived to a dirty apartment. Took 2 days to put right after Roomspace insisted the matters had been dealt with on the first day whilst we were at work. Nothing had been addressed when we returned . Wifi Rating: 9/10. Would you recommend Check-in-London to others?: Yes Any comments about our service: Check in London service was great, Gavin was super helpful. Unfortunately the service from the apartment operator Roomspace was terrible
