Swan House Apartments are very well positioned in the heart of the historic town of Leatherhead in the Surrey district. This scenic neighbourhood offers good commuter links to central London from Leatherhead Station (10 minutes away) with direct trains to London Waterloo.

Policies of Swan House Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments 2 weeks written notice is required prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Should less than two weeks be given then the penalty fee payable is the shortfall in the number of nights notice given, i.e 10 nights notice given then the penalty fee incurred will be 4 nights.

    Please note that this cancellation policy also applies to amendments which shorten the booking.

  • Payment Full payment will be charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights, monthly payment can be arranged after the first month. All bookings will be provisionally held and only confirmed 14 days prior to check-in date.
  • Security Deposit No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
