Garden City Apartments are set in the heart of Welwyn Garden City, a major town centre in the heart of Hertfordshire, only 19 miles away from London. The Howard Centre is literally on your doorstep with a fantastic choice of shops, multi-cuisine restaurants, coffee houses, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers and independent stores.

This town is also very well connected in terms of road links with easy access to the A1 (M) and the M25. Welwyn Garden City train station sits just steps away so you can also catch a train to London Kings Cross which takes about 30 minutes.

Being surrounded by countryside also means that there are some excellent recreational facilities nearby including golf parks, nature trails, boating and fishing especially at Stanborough Lakes.

Garden City Apartments are presented in an open plan layout, comprising of all the homely living arrangements and mod-cons needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Inside, furniture is very modern and well suited to the light and fresh colour scheme and design details are clean and contemporary making it a really quality place to call home. The living area has an HD flat-screen TV and the kitchens are all fully set up with appliances and cooking facilities to dine in.

Policies of Garden City Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the stay.

  • Check-in From 14:00 to 21:00. Arrivals outside this time are by prior arrangement only.
  • Check-out Before 11:00
  • Children Baby cots available on request free of charge, High chairs available on request free of charge.
  • Extra Beds Extra bed available on request free of charge.
  • Key Collection Meet & Greet service on arrival. Please advise your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking.
    Please note: Where this is not possible and by prior arrangement, specific instructions for the easy collection of keys and access will be provided prior to arrival.
  • Payment Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. For stays over 59 nights flexible payment terms can be arranged. After your booking is confirmed you must provide a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
  • Pets Small pets allowed on discretion, however refundable security deposit of £150 is required to cover against any damage. This will be refunded after check out and inspection of the property.
  • Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required on arrival to cover against any incidental breakages or damages. The security deposit is refunded after departure subject to inspection of the apartment.
  • Smoking No smoking.
