  • Cancellations / Amendments No cancellation fees apply provided cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Once within 14 days of the arrival date, booking is fully non-refundable and non transferable. In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the arrival a full refund will be provided.
  • Check-in From 15:00. Photographic identification (Passport or Driving licence for UK residence) is required on check-in.
  • Check-out Before 11:00. Late check out is subject to availability and an extra charge of £30 per hour. An additional night’s accommodation will apply for check-outs after 5pm.
  • Children Complimentary cots and high chairs available on request
  • Extra Beds Comfortable sofa-come-bed for additional guests (daily fee applies)

    Review Title : Well appointed, New and Great Location WiFi : 10/10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : A bit pricey but the apt is beautifully appointed, spacious enough for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids and the location is great, right across Harrod's back entrance. We also walked to the NH Museum. Supermarket also a short walk opposite Harrods. We also walked to Sloane Square and Pavillion street where we found great breakfast and groceries and a nice book store. Beddings provided were also top class. Sarah and the night concierge Oscar were very helpful and responsive to our requests although sometimes the reception is not manned. Would have given it a 9 or 10 rating if not for the very bad foul smell in the bathrooms, like sewage. it was trapped in the common bath shower and also in the master bathroom. It got better after i aired the apartment daily by opening the windows but a bad urine smell lingered in the bathroom. the living room floor and carpets were dirty which is a concern as our baby was crawling. one day, I returned to a pool of water at the wc area (yuks), I had to use one of the bath towels to dry it up. then I found one tube of my body lotion with water in it. I had to discard it because I do not know where it has been dropped (maybe the wc or the flooded floor). I think it simply requires better cleaning supervision or inspection, although the cleaning staff were nice and friendly. I also wish they would provide more drinking water or have a filter installed otherwise Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us? : Fantastic! we found booking with check-in London smooth and response time much faster than the property. managed to get them to get the discount code to be applied as it was not working on the property's website.
