  • Cancellations / Amendments No cancellation fees apply provided cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. Once within 7 days of the arrival date, booking is fully non-refundable and non transferable. In case of cancellation more than 7 days prior to the arrival a full refund will be provided.
  • Check-in From 15:00. Photographic identification (Passport or Driving licence for UK residence) is required on check-in.
  • Check-out Before 11:00. Late check out is subject to availability and an extra charge of £30 per hour. An additional night’s accommodation will apply for check-outs after 5pm.
  • Children Complimentary cots and high chairs available on request
  • Extra Beds Comfortable sofa-come-bed for additional guests (daily fee applies)
