These apartment are accessed via a communal reception area in a block of eight apartments with only two apartments per floor on 20 Montpellier Mews.

  • Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment (Cheval Place)
    Sleeps four and is a fully air-conditioned apartment with one bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a second bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living room.

    Approx. Area: 89 square metres.

  • Two Bedroom Townhouse (Cheval Place/Montpellier Mews)
    Sleeps four and is set over two, three or four levels. The individual townhouses have private entrances and are located in Cheval Place and Montpellier Mews.

    The Master bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds or a Queen size bed and also an en-suite bathroom. Contemporary living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

    An additional foldaway bed can be added for fee to sleep a 5th person.

    Sleeps six and is set over four floors (no lift) on a quiet side street running parallel to Brompton Road. Features a Master Bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with a double bed and access to a family bathroom, third bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional guest toilet. The large living room features a bay window, a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room leading onto to a patio.

    Approx. Area: 144 square metres.

  • Deluxe Three Bedroom Apartment (Montpelier Mews/Brompton Rd)
    Sleeps six and has three bedrooms, one bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds, and third bedroom with a double bed and an additional family bathroom.
    The living area consists of an open plan living and dining room and a fully fitted Miele kitchen.

    Approx. Area: 109-113 square metres. These apartments are located on Montpellier Mews and on Brompton Road.

  • Cancellations / Amendments All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

    Flexible Rate 1-6 nights - Free cancellations with full refund if cancelled until 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellation and changes less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date will incur cancellation charges equal to 100% of the booking value.

    Flexible Rate 7+ nights - Free cancellations with full refund if cancelled until 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation and changes less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur cancellation charges equal to 100% of the booking value. For stays over 21 nights, the maximum cancellation charge will be 21 nights accommodation.

    Non-refundable Rate - No Cancellation, changes or refunds are possible once booked.
