  • Cancellations / Amendments No cancellation charge will apply where cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival; any cancellation received within this period will incur in a charge equal to 100% of the booking value. In case of no show the equivalent of the full value of the reservation will be charged.

  • Check-out Before 11:00
  • Key Collection This is a self-service check-in property. Instructions and codes will be provided prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
  • Payment Full payment is due at the time of booking confirmation. After you make a booking, full payment will be charged to your card. In case of bank transfer payments, an invoice will be sent which will be due for payment immediately. For bookings over 30 nights, please contact us for more details. After your booking is confirmed you must provide a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
